Yoga For Weightloss, 10-weeks workshop
This workshop is ideal for those who have tried different approaches
to weightloss and have failed in the past. Even though Yoga doesn't present
itself as a tool for weightloss, it can most definitely help with the right
sequence, and advice. Jorge will share his knowledge and experience as Personal
Trainer in the field of weightloss combined with Yoga and the best nutrition to
achieve your weightloss results.

Whether we are 18 or 80 years of age, having a good mental health is a good goal to
have as a baseline today in society and our lives in general. We have grown disconnected
and distant from one another and ourselves to. The purpose of this workshop is to equip
you and present you with tools and practices you can use on a daily basis to be on your "A"
game at all times.

We have all heard of the countless benefits of Meditation, increasing creativity,
improving mental health, more clarity, more focus, etc., though, can we get to that
meditative state easily? If you've been attempting to meditate for a while and have not been successful,
this workshop is for you. We will explore different forms of meditation, use different techniques
and learn to calm and still the mind so we can reap the rewards of a steady mind.
